Based on conducted, following results obtained: Evaluation (context) curriculum is related 2013 program profile which contains vision, mission, goals legal basis in implementation has been very well prepared (100%) The constraints faced number lesson hours was only 3 JP x 40 minutes a week, infrastructure that not supportive, there some students who experienced delays learning difficulties, absence extracurricular activities based religiosity, lack good cooperation parents. inputs two aspects, namely aspects fulfilling administration requirements including making plans (82%), syllabus processing already (73%), annual (92%), preparation Semester Program (90%), have attended training once aspect facilities are adequate. process activity measure extent running seen from three (87.5%) viewed observations, assessment include attitude achieving (75 %), knowledge (100%), skills reached (89%) existence student services such as guidance reading Koran worship practices. (product) fact found field outcomes form report cards values KKM for (75%). achievement by Medan 32% category, 48% 16% fairly 4% category less/still need remedial/enrichment.
